The hotel is situated right on the beach with an amazing view of the ocean. We walked to wonderful cafes and restaurants along the beach and felt incredibly lucky to have them so close by. And the cafes (Lay Lagom, Kathy's Coffee, Pad Thai) and restaurants (Bangpor Seafood Takho) were terrific and very good value. Su, the owner of the hotel, was lovely and always helpful with local knowledge and tips of getting around the island.

The situation in a beautiful garden full of flowers is amazing! Examples? An orchid growing in an open coconut that is nestled on a coconut tree… Pots with roses - the one on front of the house is inhabited by a large frog. And of course the patch of sand exclusive for the house on the beach. Though even we were in high season, there is no one on the beach other than from the villas left and right. So almost all alone on the beach.

A wonderful place Clean, comfortable and cosy room right by the beach. Very quiet and relaxing and the beach almost feels like a private one. The owners are very nice and always available to help. There are very nice restaurants less than 5 mins walk away. There is also plenty of stores, a gym and a muay thai gym 5-10 mins walk away. This is a perfect place for a relaxing holiday away from the crowd and noise while still being a 15 mins scooter or grab ride away from the action. We can’t wait to go there again !

Me and my partner was 3 nights at Samui Blue Bird. It was really comfortable, and most of the time, we feel we are in a private bungalow. So safe, and it's easy to excess to main road for shoping and to go beach. Hotel owner Sabina is the best. Always there for us and arrange our full day trip without any extra trouble. There is scooter rent on the reception, and this makes our day. Definitely we recommend this hotel.

It was wonderful to have our own swimming pool and the sea right there. There is also a massage hut available right next to the property wheere you can hear the waves - perfect for relaxing - they are very good, friendly and reasonable prices. Everone were very friendly and June was an absolute star. She organised taxi services, laundry, cleaned and more. I wished we could have stayed here for at least two weeks. It was a great way to start our trip in Thailand. We were able to walk on the beach for miles (especially when low-tide) and there are quite a few restaurants right on the beach. The closest one is the Treehouse - they have excellent food at reasonable prices.
