The apartment is in the city centre. That was important because I travelled on business and could walk to work. An excellent relation price vs. standard. The owner was very proactive, personally met with me for check-in, and was always available on the phone if any help was needed.

Apartment is very nice, freshly repaired, you have everything you need in the kitchen, etc. Located in a calm place but there is 5-7 minutes walk to the center. Close to terms. Also there are 2 shops closely and one bakery-cafe with pleasant prices.
