Getting into the apartment was amazingly easy. The owner sent a video with instructions how to get in, leaving little to interpretation. It's much more precise than a verbal description. More owners should do this. The apartment was huge. You could easily stay there comfortably for a prolonged time. The location was great too, near the university in the old part of the city. The rear of the building (see uploaded photo) looks to be part of the city wall. There are numerous restaurants in the area.

The instructions on getting into the villa and the room were clear, although I had some confusion about how the lock works, as it is unusual to other countries, so pay attention.

More than that, the minibar was not stocked and we could use it as a refrigerator for our own stuff, which was great during a heatwave. Everything was very clean, disenfected. No dust. Bathroom had soap, duschgel, hairdrier, toilet paper. Access to the property was via a secure card so only guests could enter the villa. That made me feel very safe. Staff was friendly and communicative.
