The location is absolutely perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas & attractions, The hotel itself is impeccably clean, and stylish which made for a very comfortable stay. What truly stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive. Every time we needed assistance, they delivered instantly with a smile. I Highly recommend this Hôtel of you want to stay some days in Deira. Very beautiful hôtel with great personnal Who take care about us for the whole stay. We lost something during the trip from the Airport to the hotel and the staff do their Best to very quickly to help us get it back. The room was big and modern, we love that. The restaurant was good and the gym was good too. Unfortunately didn't get enough time to go at the swiming pool. We got early checking and late check out by simply asking. For sure I will come back. A great thanks to all the staff !
