This was one of the best accommodations we visited as family in several last years. Very nice vacation house, fully equipped, very clean, very comfortable with all you need. Pool was clean. House owner sent us history of the house which was very nice. Marcel, who welcomed us, was very kind and nice to us. Thank you Location is exceptional, one of the best we have seen. Close beaches, caves....

We appreciated every moment of our stay. The room was reasonably sized (but not big) with a lovely balcony with views on the back garden. The bathroom was crystal clean, all amenities working great. Aircon incredibly quiet. Very comfortable beds. Closeby a small room for guests with a big fridge and microwave. But the real added value is Patricia, the owner, who we met, and who told us about the story of this place (heritage from her grandmother), always smiling, incredibly welcoming and willing to help, with excellent English spoken. People make the difference, always. Breakfast was the best we had all over our journey, so varied and tasty (available also in the outer veranda, if the weather allows), set in a beautiful location, with old furniture and beautiful glasses on show. There's an ample and safe parking for the guests inside the structure. The only possible downside is the Quinta's location, in a bend on the main road to the village, if you have a car, well, it's perfect, no hassle for parking at all, but it's some 1.8km far from Carvoeiro village, it's a good walk if you don't mind using your legs, so up to you. But I would really recommend this place hands down, even for long stays, and would return.

The warm and friendly host The quiet courtyard，i really enjoy the sound from the small pool. Reading in the morning nearby it is kind of relaxing stuff. Cece（the dog）is really lovely. My friend loves it soooo much！（more than me） I really appreciate the decoration in our room.It seems that the host really pay attention to create a cozy and comfortable room for us. I have a good sleep there. Lagoa is one of the best place in the world，it worths to visit again.

Everything! The staff is very friendly, they try to fullfill all your needs whenever you need something. We immediately created a friendly relationship with them (because it s a family business). The rooms are daily cleaned and the location is not so far from the city center. We have rented a car, what everybody visiting Algarve should do, in order to reach and explore the most of the beaches and locations. The spa area is a paradise, where you can relax the whole day and have some privacy. We can definitely recommend this place!

Everything was really amazing... Roland is a great host, always available and helpful. The villa and the garden are gorgeous, the pool is fantastic and the room (we had the Bali suite) is beautiful. We loved our stay, and we hope to come back soon. Highly recommended.

It was the perfect place to explore the Algarve! Placid Village is a complex of several houses situated on a small hill, a swimming pool, a tennis court and parking spaces. In our apartment we had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a kitchenette and a large balcony. The apartment was well-equipped. We could cook freely in the kitchen, we had a stove, oven, microwave, kettle and all kitchen utensils. There was also a washing machine in the bathroom. The rooms were air conditioned. We felt like at home there. The staff was helpfull and friendly. Next to reception is also a snacbar.The center of Carvoeiro is a 20-minute walk away. I highly recommend it, the best place!
