The veranda is a lovely spot to relax, and the entire space is charming. The host and staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, ensuring you feel at home. Staying here truly offers the authentic Omani experience. I’ll definitely book it again on my next visit!

The room and common areas (including a beautiful garden) were very cosy and nicely decorated. A big plus is the fact that we were able to do a washing machine at the premises of the hostel. The place is close to the Nizwa old fort/centre which is very lively during the evening.

this is really amazing place, extremely comfortable bed, amazing mattress, pillow, we had very good sleep after all day of driving, very nice and functional design, very well equipped kitchen, its visible that owner thought over about everything you may need. there is a grocery store in the building, it is possible to pay by cash, very easy to access to the room, and very good contact with owner, I truly recommend this place and if i go to Nizwa again i will book it for 100%.

The Villa was very well organized and furnished. All the amenities provided were delightful. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The outside area was also very nice. The best thing was that their TV had netflix too.
