The best place to stay in the desert! what can I say we had the most amazing time here. The staff are so wonderful and went out of their way to make our stay so memorable. The food is absolutely delicious and the rooms are big with a comfy bed and the bathroom was great too. Everything is very clean. We found it quite easy to get to as once you turn off the motorway there are signs telling you that you’re on the right path. Driving off road on the sand was fun, just make sure to deflate your tires! The camp is surrounded by dunes so there are many places to watch the sunrise and sun set. The quad biking around the dunes was a highlight for us, so much fun. Also the owner took us so we could go camel riding which was so nice. We stayed two nights and had the best time.

Me and my friends liked the whole experience of being in a desert, that was something worth of doing. Ibrahim and all staff members are just amazing friendly people that are making it even more unforgettable experience. We had a chance also to have some Omani food for dinner and breakfast which was very nice. In the morning beautiful sunrise and in the evening stunning sunset. As a activity we did dune driving which was so much fun. Tents were clean and comfortable, biggest surprise was flushable toilet and running tap water with a shower. Beautiful experience and recommend to everyone.

Rashid is an amazing host and so kind hearted. The location is very isolated from the other camps and right behind the last dunes for an amazing view into the desert. Food was very good and plenty available. We also did the camel training camp visit which was very interesting with Rashid‘s explanation. Dune bashing with sunset was also very entertaining.

Such a great experience - a lovely secluded spot in the desert out of sight of other camps. The highlight was the evening around the campfire with cardamom tea, Bedouin music, and learning about the Bedouin who live in this desert. Badr was very helpful and told us loads of interesting things about the desert and the people who lived here. The tents have cold running water from a tank on the top of a sand dune, and there is electricity during the day from solar panels - so charge any devices you need before dinner!

Camping in the desert was one of the most amazing experiences during our holiday in Oman. The campsite is set in an incredible landscape (for a visitor from Central Europe). The hospitality introduced us to Omani cuisine and the people are very friendly. I definitely recommend it.
