Great hospitality; the friendliness shown by the owner; great breakfast and awesome stargazing in the night - what more can we asked for! Am glad that she extended her house for us for a night in her cozy home. The bedsheets were the fluffiest and cozy in the chilly weather, the mini kitchen pantry was neat and whatever you need for breakfast and to make your own coffee, were available. There were head torches for us to borrow to go for a nearby bushwalk (which was about 1km walk from the farmstay) in the late evening around 8.30pm/ 9pm to see the glowworms. The lodging was located close to Waitomo Caves so a 5 mins drive from the lodging will get you to it. Overall, we have an amazing stay and we were grateful! it was too bad that we didn't stay longer to enjoy a walk through the farm.

We booked a room for 1 night here and the stay was fabulous. Our hosts were delightful and we felt at home here. The room comes with an ensuite bathroom and had a side entrance towards the parking lots. Breakfast was provided (you had to indicate interest the evening before) and you are bound to be full after breakfast! The experience felt like us returning home to visit our grans, leaving us stomached full and hearts warm. P.S there is also a chonky cat residing here!!!

Everything was sparkly clean, lots of amenities and snacks. Super comfortable. The surrounding was also nice and not far from the Waitomo caves.

Literally everything! From start to finish. This was the start of our stay in New Zealand as we had travelled from Singapore and then Australia. We were ready to relax and unwind. If you want to stay somewhere with amazing views and the amenities you need then this is your place!

Great location if you are planning to do a Blackwater Rafting activity. The facilities were excellent with spacious rooms, hot tub, beautiful garden and parking spots. Also provides a very nice breakfast.
