The staff was the nicest ever ! I slept there for 2 nights, and the room was too hot for my first night so for the second one they just proposed me to move. They are really listening to your needs and you can practice your Spanish. I was also using the kitchen and they told me I can do whatever I want. The emplacement is also really nice, at like 500 meters of the ferry, and also really close to the center.

The eco-friendly Surf Cabañas are just so beautifully designed with only local materials. It’s was so laid back, relaxed and very close to the surf spot at Playa Maderas just down the hill. There have been three Cabañas when I was there. Every one has its own special touch and they differ in size. All well thought, fully equipped and a great way of to enjoy Playa Maderas, San Juan del Sur and the whole costal area from a peaceful retreat. Communication with Victoria and people in charge was easy and very welcoming. Would definitely recommend for solo, couple and friends travellers.

The family are so nice and friendly. Breakfast is only 140c and really great! The room was comfortable with plenty of room. Location was great, really close to shops and the port. There are washing lines to dry your clothes. They also can get cheap scooter rental for you. They even have a hair salon on the property for a great haircut!

I don’t usually write a review for anything but this place really was special for us. The whole family who owns the place has become a part of our family for the short while. Our daughter had her third birthday during our stay with them and they went out of their way and organized a party for her. They bought some decorations, a piñata, invited the family children and made us a surprise. We were so happy, my daughter was amazed! She had so much fun, I am sure she will never forget them. Besides this, they truly have everything for the best prices- you can rent your scooter directly with them, get your clothes washed and eat delicious breakfasts. So if what u are looking for in your stay is a place that meets all your needs plus great Nicaraguan people, this is it! Thanks Siero family for the perfect time, all your support and friendship.
