We loved everything about the place - the wonderful and friendly owner, the central location, how peaceful and quiet it was, the decoration of the room and how clean and spacious it was. We really appreciated that the owner took note of our request for a quiet room and made sure we got one. There were also plenty of thoughtful touches like sweets left on the bed when checking in. The breakfast every morning was also delicious and left us extremely full!

The little cabañas are comfortable, the kitchen was one of the best equipped I’ve seen in Nicaragua, staff was nice and friendly and the garden is a lovely place to hang out, it would be nice though to have more hammocks there. People working there were helpful and friendly.

I loved everything in this “boutique hotel” First of all it is an amazing place a bit in the middle of nowhere (you would need a car or a scooter) but this bring you an extraordinary view and also quietness. It is one of the rare place where you can see and here animals such as beautiful birds and monkeys The rooms are huge and comfy with all details. The pool is and endless one, quiet big and warm. The breakfast included is very good and you can choose between differents ones. Also last but not least, speak to Etienne to organize a diner. He used to be a chef and cooked us vegetables (you don t see much in Nicaragua) on the barbecue and also gambas and langouste from Corn Island. It was delicious. Team is always ready to help. In resume, I really wish success to Etienne and his team as they just opened

Jerry is a fantastic host, accommodating all reasonable requests, and very personable, helpful and friendly, including tips for and organising great local tours at competitive prices. And all of the other staff were lovely too. Breakfasts were great, we were even made pancakes in the shape of our home country! The location is ideal, less than one block from the main plaza. And the place itself: a beautiful old colonial building, well maintained, we swam in the central pool everyday, lovely cats, and the interior of the rooms are just as nice as the exterior. Can't fault the place and wouldn't want to, highly recommend to everyone to stay here in Granada.

Beautiful Villa in the heart of Granada. Wishing walking distance of everything. The rooms are super spacious and comfortable. This was the best spot we have stayed anywhere in the world. Yves is the best host and goes out of his way for his guest. Every morning is a delicious 3 course breakfast and you can leverage him for great recommendations around the town. He really wants you to have a great experience. He even woke up early our last day to cook us crepes before we had to travel. Amazing person.
