It is in a village but relatively close to the town area. There is nearby surau. At night, it's quite peaceful & cool. The unit comes with 2 rooms. The view from this place is outstanding. It literally takes your breath away. You can see the mountain from all rooms and also the common area, which has seating, fridge, stove and all plates and utensils. The room is spotless and has a kettle, some dishes, coffee. There is a hairdryer, which is very helpful on a humid day. But the thing we liked the most about staying here was meeting the hostess Dr. Vasanthi and her family, who are extremely nice and helpful people. We learned a lot about the local culture and the way of life. We had a great stay and wished it was longer.

Best homestay around Mount Kinabalu. The view on Mount Kinabalu is spectacular. We booked for two nights, ended up staying three and we would had stayed longer if it wasn't fully booked. Room was very big and spacious. There was a whole communal kitchen that we could use. Free cold and hot water, you can buy some food from the property such as noodles, eggs, etc. The garden is really well maintened. Owner very friendly.

Location was ideal. Walking distance to Mesilou 3Sixty Peak which has a nice view of Mount Kinabalu and a short drive to Desa Dairy Farm. Rooms were clean and comfortable for 5 adults and 2 children. Everything else was perfect!
