Late check-in was no problem since the key was inside the box at the gate and the code was sent before. Everything was clean and comfy. There was a large entrance with sofas and a TV. In front of the house was a quite big area too were you can sit and dry your clothes. You can take the bicycles if you need them for free which makes going to the city convenient. On our day of leaving the owner took us to the ferry for free, which was incredible nice (he asked me the day before).

The villa is not far from Mersing jetty and is very clean and quiet. Our room was very spacious, super clean, the bathroom had everything we needed (shampoo, soap, warm water). The beds were very comfortable. There is a fan and an aircon in the room. The aircon is working perfectly. Our host, Kam, was very very nice. He drove us everywhere and picked us up again free of charge: after we arrived in Mersing, when we needed to eat, when we went island hopping, when we departed. Kam speaks English very well.

The host Kam was incredibly helpful with information and advice especially about the ferry service to Tioman. He also arranged pick from our bus and a driver to take us to the main town centre for dinner, and another driver to take us to the ferry terminal in the morning. Brilliant service and very kind. The accommodation is spotlessly clean. If you are in Mersing we highly recommend Mersing Maple Villa.

The villa is perfectly clean, big rooms, comfortable beds, crisp bedlinnen, beautiful garden with couches. The owners are super kind and hospitable. We arrived late, and the owner picked us up from the bus and dropped us at the jetty next morning. We had a wonderful stay! Thank you so much! Fantastic accomodation. Very quiet and tranquil, I nearly mistook it for a 5 star villa (no swimming pool though). Very friendly owners who recommended to me possible sites to explore in town and the nearby tioman islands Will highly recommend!

Very kind owner, he picked us up from the bus station and brought us to the ferry in the morning..he even had a dinner stop with us because we hadn't had any food when we arrived.Never had such a friendly welcome before.His villa is huge and the room was clean an perfect for our stay!
