Fantastic hotel. Very friendly and gentle staff. Very spacious room and bathroom, all spotless clean. Communal balcony where every room has its own private table right outside their door. An excellent breakfast will be brought to these tables. Sigiriya is a very nice village to hang out in, and with the lodge being so nice, I would have liked to stay longer if it wasn't for the poor WiFi.

The place, is really relaxing, nature surroundings give pleasure and the feeling as if in the jungle. Extremely clean room, comfy bed, full breakfast. The hotel is near the Sigiria, just 5 minutes to get to the entrance. Saman and his family are welcoming and nice people. You are like at your home here. The place to stay for sure. This is an absolutely lovely, family-run guesthouse. The cabin is completely new, with a comfortable porch and lovely details inside, such as the row of plants in the bathroom. Chathuri and Gayan are great hosts, very attentive, and they helped us with both big and small requests throughout our stay. We did the safari with Gayan to Kaudulla park and could not be happier. Chaturi also put us in touch with a great tuk-tuk driver, Nimesh, to go to Polonnaruwa and spend the day. Breakfasts were delicious and with plenty of food! The location is great, close to the main road, but in a quiet area. We also appreciated the mosquito net in the cabin, which allowed us to sleep with an open window, letting the cool night air in. I simply can not say enough good things about this guesthouse - 100% recommended! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Brand new treehouse with so much character. Duminda and his family are the best people you can find and they’ll not only take care of every need you have but will also make feel like part of the family too. Also you get a great view of Pidurangala and a chance for a wild elephant to wander near you (don’t worry it’s safe) I’ve been to hundreds of bnb’s and hotels and this one was definitely top 5!

everything was amazing! the family are the most generous people I have met and made us feel so comfortable during our stay. Whenever we had any questions or requests we were met with kindness and generosity. The homestay is located in nature so it’s a beautiful place to relax after a day exploring. Our room was spotless and clean. Breakfast was great and we were offered many cups of tea during the stay! Also we loved the dog and the kittens!!

The garden, situated under a majestic big tree, is beautifully maintained and adds to the tranquil ambiance. It's the perfect spot for a relaxing stroll or simply enjoying nature. Service: The service here is top-notch, primarily because it's a family-run business. Both hosts are extremely friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home. Their warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. Rooms: The rooms are impressively spacious, providing plenty of room to unwind. A unique feature is the private pool located right at your doorstep. Although it's quite small, around two feet deep, it offers a refreshing dip in complete privacy—ideal for a quick, relaxing moment.

Spacious room and outside area with a table. There was a fan and mosquito net provided. The host was kind and gave me fresh fruit and coconuts from the garden. It's a 15 minute walk out of the village so in a very quiet location with a pretty garden.

The host, Surangi, is very kind and available for any requests. She cooked a very good dinner and breakfast. She helped us with the tuk tuk reservation and transfert to the Habarana station, the Lion's rock and Pidurangala rock in the early morning. The place is very nice and welcoming with a beautiful garden and amazing view of the Lion's Rock. The room is clean, comfortable and well furnished. We had a very pleasant stay at Lucky Villa and definitely recommend it.

Loved our stay at Village Feel! The host family is absolutely lovely, very helpful, kind and friendly. We ate some of the most delicious meals of our whole stay in Sri Lanka here. They also helped us organise well priced transport to Polonnaruwa and a safari to Minneriya. They also offer free cooking classes! We felt very at home here and one day hope to come back. Highly recommend staying here for an amazing stay in Sigiriya.
