My family enjoyed the homey vibe of the place. The rooms and pool are clean and the facilities are exactly as what was published on the booking site. Nalin, the caretaker, was so helpful, pleasant, and professional. He really made us feel at home. He cooked delicious meals for us! It was a great 2 nights stay!

Very nice and welcoming family, providing you a pleasant stay. Got coffee and Jackfruit as I arrived. Spacious and spotless clean room. Comfortable bed. Good wifi. On the hill, away from the hectic city life, but still only 15 min walking distance to the center. You can use a private entrance if you want. Use the exhaust air fan in the wall against moisty air. Water was cold, but not too cold.

The location was perfect, only a 10mon tuktuk ride from the train station and situated in a quiet neighborhood. The room I reserved was quite big and could have accommodated 6 people. But what I appreciated the most was how hospitable Mr. Upul and his wife were. I felt so welcomed and taken care of during my stay and he was able to give me tips on places to see, eat, and how to get to my next destination in Dambulla. I would definitely recommend staying here to my friends and family should they ever get a chance to go to Kandy. I also appreciated the delicious breakfast Mr. Upul's wife cooked and her chicken curry was phenomenal and you get to enjoy it on their patio surrounded by their garden!

Definitely a staying to remember! The owner picked me up at trainstation with a big smile. You could tell after a few minutes talk that he knew everything you'd need to know about Kandy. The room was big, clean and cozy. The location was just some minutes away from the city by tuktuk. It was also very silent and peaceful! The backyard had a beautiful view to the mountain and there were lots of beautiful birds. The owner and his wife provided me with a delicious Kottu in the evening. The breakfast was also perfekt, even for a really hungry guy. I really recommend this place! I will definitely come back here if I go to Kandy
