Very quiet and cozy place with a beautiful garden full of birds and monkeys. The rooms are clean, spacious, have everything you need - air conditioning, fan, mosquito net. There is not warm water, but during the day the sun heats it up in the tank and it is getting even hot, very nice. There is a large balcony with tables and a beautiful view, it is very pleasant to sit there and watch the surroundings and sunsets. There is a bird watching tower next to the house, from where you can see the national park. We were spending hours there with our spyglass. Very hospitable hotel owner, he helped us with everything and organized a wonderful safari to Bundala national park. Breakfasts and dinners are delicious and plentiful and for a very good price. Not far from the hotel there are lakes with a lot of water birds. The place is a birdwatching paradise. We had the great pleasure of spending 4 days here enjoying and relaxing.

This is an amazing place. The house is big and beautiful and close to nature. You can feel real Sri Lanka here. And the host will provide you with a lot of information about living in Sri Lanka- something you will not learn elsewhere. All the members of the family taking care of the place were extremely helpful. We additionely got the nature Tour with weaver birds' nests and monitor lizards from the host! Excellent place for birds watching and nature lovers! We highly recommend it!!!

What an incredible stay! The room was really clean, and the breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. The highlight of our stay was the safari organized by the host. My friend fell ill, so it was a delightful surprise that the host accompanied me on the safari. The host's extensive knowledge of birds was truly remarkable, and I learned so much about the fascinating birdlife in Yala. The room was spacious and clean, bed was big and comfortable with good pillows. The host greeted with a coconut water which was a really nice and sweet gesture! He was really friendly and had a smile on his face at all times and made sure everything is okay and works smoothly. Breakfast was tasty, you can try some traditional Sri Lankan food together with tea/coffee and fresh fruits. The room had a perfectly well working A/C and the bathroom had hot water. A kettle and tea/coffee were also available in the room. Thank you very much for your kindness and warm hospitality!
