The location, very value for price! The family that runs it, they are always smiling and helping you. They took us to the bus station with the Tuk Tuk and helped us on how to get to Yala by bus. The view from the terrace is stunning!

The hosts were so friendly, kind and helpful at all times. They even cooked dinner for me on my final night. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. As a solo female traveler, I also felt very safe here. The view from the balcony/rooftop was also incredible. It was further away from the town center but personally I liked this.

The first thing that strikes me is the jaw-dropping view in front of the guest house. The place in itself was nice with a homely atmosphere with super-friendly staff, especially the manager (think his name was Sanath). I checked in late in the afternoon which was well after lunchtime and they were super nice to offer me a fresh and tasty meal. I enjoyed this kind of hospitality throughout my 2 day-long stay. This was exactly the place I was looking for when I planned my visit to Ella.

We had such a wonderful stay at Bliss! It is a beautiful homestay tucked away on the hill and away from the noisy town, surrounded by gorgeous & peaceful jungle. We had visits from monkeys and a giant squirrel right outside our room. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, with nice beds and a lovely terrace outside to sit and relax. This is a family run business, and we were welcomed so warmly and with such kindness. The hospitality was wonderful, and the home cooked meals were absolutely delicious. We truly loved everything! Thank you for the beautiful experience 🧡

Very large room with large, comfortable bed eqipped with mosquito net. Bathroom small but efficient. Individual terraces with amazing views. I booked for the meditation and was not disappointed. It was a fabulous way to start the day followed by breakfast on the terrace.

absolutely perfect must stay in Ella ! Great location 8 min walk into busy town and its hidden away where it’s quieter. Great terrace overlooking a stunning view. Super close to attractions like Adams peak and nine arch bridge aswell. The lovely man running this place took such good care of us , loved a chat , brought us Sri Lankan snacks and made us such a great (huge) breakfast every morning. Hoppers and coconut roti so yum! Room feels fancy 5 star hotel , comfy bed , hot water from shower. Great price Definitely can’t recommend this place enough if you’re in Ella ❤️🙏

The owner guy was very friendly. They allowed us to keep the luggages for an early check as we arrived the city earlrier than we expected. We booked the tuk tuk with the same owner guy, who took us to all the destinations we asked for, that too from early morning 5am. He charged around 5000lkr which is very reasonable compared to the other drivers. On the way, he explained about all the places. The stay was super comfy. He carried our luggages all the way from the place where the tuk tuk were dropped. Our luggages were very heavy. but he was really helpful. SDuring night, we were very tired and at the same time we were hungry, but coulndt go out. When we explained this to them, he went to the city and got the food for us. As no food apps work on that region. Highly recommend this place for the super stay surrounded by a lot of humanity towards the people.

I had the best stay, the hostel is amazing, super chill vibes and the rooms are really cleans and quiet. It is super well located and the view is breathtaking, I recommend. The owner is SOOOO nice, go there without a doubt you will be welcomed so well Breakfast is so good!!!

Exceptional service! Very kind host, who cooks very full and delicious breakfast and gives helpful tips. The facilities are clean, the location is great, the view is breathtaking, and there are scooter rental services+ nice restaurants around. The villa is surrounded by tea bushes that add to the atmosphere! Totally recommended!

Excellent stay at Holiday Homes Guest Inn - Ella. We felt very accommodated the whole time. We had a lovely breakfast every morning with some different form of pancakes every morning, peanut butter was also brought for us when asked :) Our towels were changed half way through and had a great little coffee station in our room. This stay was only 10min walk from the main street of Ella and very close to all the main attractions such as little Adams peak and Ellas rock. Our room and bed was lovely and clean, I would stay again.

Holiday homes guest inn was absolutely sublime, it was clean and well presented. I went there for some privacy as I was very sick and the hostess looked after me as if I were her own family, bringing me dry toast and refreshing drinks and medicine to my room. I felt so comfortable and felt much better the next day, and enjoyed breakfast from the restaurant which has an amazing view.
