One of the best hostels in Almaty, I would say. This hostel is a gem. The rooms are very clean. Oscar and his colleague are very courteous. The owner is very accommodating, understanding, and helpful. They have gone the extra mile to help us with every question we have. Everything you need is provided: basic toiletries, towels, washing machine, dryer, kettle, hairdryer, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, and cooking facilities. You can also store your luggage if you need to leave for another city for a day or two. The room rate is affordable and reasonable. The location is near grocery stores, bus stops, and restaurants. I hope they maintain this level of service, as they help a lot of travelers and tourists.

And there were moments when I needed specific things like a gauze cloth to use to iron silk - and it was there! not to mention a lot of bottled water, this made our stay super comfortable! Also, the location allows you to quickly get to the city's most popular places of recreation. It was so amazing, that the villa is located in so fresh area- at the foot of the mountains, and at the same time, riding to the the center was taking about 5-10 minutes. I so loved it.
