Very nice and clean family guesthouse... The helpful host will organize trips around the area, the owner will prepare very good food.... there is also a washing machine available at the accommodation if you need to wash your clothes.... We really liked it and I recommend it....

Friendly and helpfull family. Supportive to the local community. Nice project. We slept in one of their family-huts. Very basic and therefore a nice and warm experience.

Absolutely the most amazing accommodation in Cambodia. You will stay with family, the owner was super kind, her wife cooked us dinner. Yes, it’s not a 5 star hotel but if you want to try how Cambodian live, you have to stay here. The owner also picked up us from the city.

I've been to Battambang few times and stayed in different places, but this is my favorite one so far. Even though I rarely sacrifice my comfort, this place (with it's Khmer style bath tub:) is totally worth it. It's very well taken care of, everything is very clean, bedsheets, towels, curtains are always extremely fresh. It's surrounded by the lavish garden and is very peaceful and relaxing. Also, the owner and the whole family are very polite and helpful.

Nice place with excellent location and great air conditioner. Many good restaurants, central market and river side nearby. The host was super nice and everything went smoothly.

This is a lovely quiet place great for relaxing. The staff are friendly and helpful and they spoke very good English so communication was easy. The bed was comfortable. It was nice having a fully stocked small kitchenette including small gas cooker, fridge and kettle to make coffee and cook breakfasts. We enjoyed using the pool in the afternoons - because it's covered its nice and cool and you don't get sunburnt. We hired a scooter which made getting around easy - it's a bit too far (and too hot) to walk into the centre of town.

Our room was very basic but it had all that needed. Good price for value. But mostly I liked the kindness of the owner Mr Sarin who was always very responsive and helped us book a tour with Yo (super recommended), contacted the bus company for free pick up and let us use the shower on departure day.

Loved this guesthouse. REALLY friendly staff, always willing to help. Helped with organising our sightseeing for good prices. Manager Song was particularly great- really welcoming. Everyone seemed really grateful for our custom which was nice. Had a nice communal area with a pool table and nice food.
