Everything! Very cozy and the location is perfect just next to the godola ! Friendly staff as well. Love the kitchen which you can make your own food when lazy going out to the restaurant. Also love their public snow boots at reception, even have 3 size options, that's really thoughtful!

We were unaware that breakfast was included, so that was a lovely surprise. The property is set in a beautiful location, a short walk to the restaurants and ski fields. The hosts were amazing, and very helpful with assisting us with onsen and restaurant bookings.

Cozy house with lots of wonderful places to curl up to read a book or play games with friends. Very family friendly. The host was very responsive to all our needs. There is an amazing supermarket close by so you don't need to cook but there are also good supplies for cooking your own meal. TIP 1: To lock the door, pull the rear panel towards you so the lock can engage. TIP 2: To get the fire going 1. Add pellets in the back compartment 2. Click the black button which is below a white cylinder (it'll compress the cylinder) 3. Light a pelletman firestarter (found in the brown box) and place it in the front area (just behind the glass) 4. Turn on the machine (it will blow air to keep the flame ignored)

The Breakfast is good enough as me and hubby both are vegetarian but the dinner are exceptional very well planned n delicious!! Defiantly will come back again!

Our room had a view of the public osen which was nicely lit up at nice. The steam film the hot springs contrasted nicely with the snow. Very friendly and hospitable family. Felt well taken care of. They even came out in the biting cold to clear the snow from our car.

Our stay here was impressive, we had the deluxe family room, which was spacious and had a cozy Japanese vibe to it. The hotel staff was amazing and even though I changed our arrival day like 10 times and we arrived so late in the evening, dinner was prepared for us and we had a private traditional Japanese dinner and breakfast. can’t recommend this hotel enough.

Fantastic location, right on Uwanodai slope - actual ski-in ski-out. Host was extremely friendly and helpful, the food in the restaurant was great and good value. Nice draught beer! Shower in room with a shared hot bath that could be booked for free. There's a ski/boot room in the basement that opens onto the slope. The decor is a bit dated but in a very charming way.

Guests at Hayamakan can enjoy traditional multi-course meals and relax in the indoor/outdoor hot-spring baths.
