I stayed here for one night with full-board meal plan. They offered both dinner and breakfast in Japanese style. There were variety of dishes served for each meal from refreshment to dessert. Each dish had nice presentation and tasted delicious. My room has its own private outdoor hot spring, I could enjoy my own hot spring anytime with the best privacy. The snacks and drinks in minibar are free of charge and they also provided green tea and utensils in the room for tea ceremony. Staff are very professional, responsive, friendly and helpful. They could provide very personal services like helping me to park the car to their car park and deliver my luggage to other hotel by Ta-Q-Bin (delivery charge applies).

A very sincere hotel with lovely Classical Japanese hotel vibe with arcade game area (not big but fun). Dinner was very nice with decent sashimi. The onsen on top floor is great with view over the Bay Area. The bathroom was new and well maintained. Room set up is nice with a set of chairs and table with a wide window view. The lobby could be nice and I am sure they will improve it. The staff are very nice and you see they are very happy that the guests are visiting Shizuoka. Breakfast was decent.

Great locations if you like nature, a little far out if you want to explore the city. It has everything you need nearby, a shop some restaurants, and nice locations to sightsee. The host was very nice and very helpful with lots of informations. Doesn't speak much english but enough to communicate the essentials.
