The staff was welcoming and eager to help. We shipped our luggages a day after our arrival and they even brought the heavy bags to our room in our absence. The ryokan is very well located, near the temple and the small shops. It gets very quiet at night even though it is a very busy area during the day. The room is small but well put together. Minimal decoration, traditional with tatami and comfortable futons. We were also provided with lovely snacks and tea as a welcoming package. The onsen is very intimate and private, with a view of either the temple nearby or the Skytree. We would definitely come back to this lovely ryokan when we will return to Japan!

Everything was just perfect and this is my scond time in the same hotel ans I t will not be the last ,everything was just perfect the location and train station is just 300m from the hotel and u can use the same staion to go to the Henda airport or NRT airport its so easy to use tye train for everything and the hotel can help u for any information u need . The location was the best thing, 5 minute walk to the station which can take you all around Tokyo. The room was warm and clean. The host was very generous, as he picked us up from the station and dropped us back, each time providing us with a beverage and helping us with our bags. Definitely recommend staying here!
