The hotel is clean and big enough for 5 adults. The kitchen facilities is a big plus as we can cook some simple food during our stay. The location of this hotel is good as the nearest subway is around 5 minutes of walk for adults who can't walk as fast like normal Japanese/young adults. There is also McDonald and 7e that is really near to the hotel.

It was a very spacious room with a sitting area to eat and play games and a sleeping area. Toilet, shower and washing room were divided by doors, so very convenient. Easy to use microwave, good washing machine and plenty of space to hang the laundry. Highly recommended for longer stays as well. Staff was really nice and responds relatively fast. The station is easy to reach and there's a convenience store nearby. I've seen other reviews complaining about the area, but I personally don't see an issue. During the day it is a comfortable and quiet walk and we barely saw anyone during the evening.

Everything was fantastic! The host was really kind and responsive. We asked if we could check-in early and the host graciously allowed us. Check-in was smooth because of the easy to follow instructions sent to us. The room is perfect for a group of 4. It could even fit a group of 7 because of the 2 sofa beds aside from the 2 double beds. The walk-in closet is huge and perfect to store our luggage and shopping bags. We were still able to work while on vacation because of the space provided as work station. The beds were comfy and the neighborhood is quiet but still near convenience stores. It's a 6-minute walk to the Shinsakae-Machi Station.

Rental fee helps to reduce living costs for students. Spacious room (4 of us in a room meant for 6) with attached bath and toilet (separated). Big kitchen / common area in case you wish to break away from your group.
