We stayed in 3 different places in Tokyo and this one was the best so far. The staff was very polite and helpful. The apartment was huge in comparison the Japanese standard. It had a sofa which I found an excellent addition. The bed was very comfortable. It had a balcony and a washing machine. In the kitchen you have a hob for cooking if you fancy! Before booking I saw the location, I admit I was skeptical, but believe me, the train station is 3 minutes away, which connects you with the centrer in 10 minutes. I highly recommend this place and I'll definitely come back if I have a chance on day!

This accommodation was a great experience during our trip through Japan. After tiring days spent in the streets of Kyoto, we welcomed the Onsen, which is tattoo friendly by the way. The room was clean and beautiful. Sleeping on the futons was comfortable. We also really enjoyed the traditional breakfast. Of course the staff were also nice and helpful. I can only recommend this accommodation.

The staff was very welcoming, and super nice! They gave us a really cool gift for our honeymoon!! 😍 The room is huge, and the cypress bath tub smells great!!! The place is a bit far from the center (15-20 minutes walk) but for us it didn't matter The place looks gorgeous, next to the tiny river there, and really quiet Definitely recommended!!

The hospitality from the team is amazing. The whole team greeted us upon reaching the ryokan and served us hot tea upon returning to the room after a long day out. It really have the "coming home" feeling. The food is Kyoto speciality and there are so many courses to finish for the evening meals. It's really great to try out new cursine e public bath is well maintained and is quite exclusive as this is a small ryokan. Overall, we loved our stay here and my kids are hoping to visit them again.

I loved everything about this accommodation. Starting from Kevin who was an amazing host, welcoming, kind and helped us with a lot of staff. Thank you! I really liked our room with a traditional atmosphere and I was surprised by how spacious and clean it was. The hotel has an elevator and is located in a charming, quiet neighbourhood. Only 20 minutes on foot from the Kyoto Station and the same distance from Gion district. Thank you for having us, definitely will visit next time!

Spacious new duplex apartment, ideal for 4 people. Two toilets are an obvious plus. Very clean. Great shower and bath. Good location from main attractions.
