The house was spacious, neat and clean. There were toilet paper, towels and everything you need. Great location - right next to Gotemba station (there are free shuttles from the train station to Gotemba Outlet!). Check-in was very easy. There was an option for parking on site. The view from the apartment was absolutely spectacular! Mount Fuji was revealed in all its glory during the day.

Very friendly front staff who speak English and very helpful.. The Japanese style breakfast (included) is well plated and tasted yummy. We ordered dinner for the first night of stay and were extremely satisfied. It"'s very convenient as the hotel is just in front of the bus stop from Hakone Yumoto station. Actually, I overlooked and forgot the detailed instructions on how to reach the hotel sent by email earlier. 😊. The room is a twin superior room with bath. .I would definitely return when I go there in future. Many thanks also to all the staff who are working hard.behind the scene. 🙌

Beautiful hotel with onsen in Hakone. The location is very good, near the bus stop and the main attractions. The hotel itself feels very new and cozy. The rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. They have Japanese and Western style rooms so you can choose. The public onsen are very nice! They have different (very warm) pools and a sauna. They are separated by gender and each day they exchange so that you can enjoy both onsen. The food offered is delicious. Breakfast and dinner are served as Kaiseki meals and you can tell they have been prepared and served with so much attention to detail. The staff of the hotel and the restaurant are very kind and despite I didn’t speak Japanese they went out of their way to help me in everything they could and make me feel welcome. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are planning on visiting Hakone for a few days and want to experience onsen and authentic Japanese food!

Absolutely everything. Even before the stay, the staff was polite and very helpful with everything, even a last minute change in the number of the group. It was the most joyful and satisfied experience in Japan. The food was really amazing and very touched for the details. Even though they dont operate any shuttle bus, the owner or any employee brought us to Bus stop, and I have also lost my ring and I gave it up, but he found and came back to our bus stop. That was the most impressive hospitality I've ever had.
