Excellent Location and Value, Superb Room and Host Stay location was perfect, a small walk to most sightseeing spots and port to Sensui Island Also its right next to a temple and housing to cats The value you get for this stay is incredible, the entire place is beautiful, but it does get cold at night though but still the value for what you pay is worth it, almost feel spoiled with the spacious and clean rooms. The host were very helpful, kind and welcoming - recommended many great spots , one spot I highly recommend is the nearby restaurant Kichi - the owner is super welcoming and cool. Loved this stay and was the perfect stay for 2 nights in Tomonoura Highly recommend and I would 100 percent stay again

The property was great. The room we stayed in was in a renovated traditional old building, and was very comfortable. Facilities were clean and new. Bath was big and nice, which also was half open-air to our own small courtyard. Meals were very nice and tasty. Neighborhood is a quiet and beautiful fishing village. Parking was easy which is right in front of the property. Staff were super friendly and helpful. It was raining heavily when we arrived at the sister hotel where we were supposed to check-in from. Staff there were helpful and get us seated in the lobby and then arrange another staff to lead us to where we would actually stay. We felt well taken care of since the first moment. Very nice experience.

The owner of the guest house is an absolute legend. The house is amazing and very cosy and clean. The accomodation has a very authentic Japanese atmosphere. The owner speaks little English but nonetheless tried very hard to communicate with us even though we spoke little Japanese. We still had a great conversation with a lot of laughs. The beds were very comfy, the room was nice and the service was amazing.

The staff was extremely nice and took care of us. The room and its view were breath taking. They even helped me with my food allergy and made sure I can eat the food they are offering. The room was quiet with some ocean waves splashing into the shore sounds.

Incredible stay at Keishokan Sazanamitei. Beautiful views and really enjoyed staying in Tomonoura and exploring the port town and nearby islands. Would highly reccomend getting half board option - the food was so amazing, so fresh and felt like we really got a real taste of the area. Also loved the hot springs.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful! The facilities and amenities were great! The location was wonderful and made it very easy to cycle from Onomichi to Imabari!

The hostel is right in front of a quiet beach, in a very calm neighborhood. You can hear the waves at night, the birds in the morning, pet the local cat or even sheep. The common space is big and comfortable. The host is really nice, and we were very grateful when she gave us a ride. (the bike location center or supermarkets are a 45 min walk, add 5 min for the ferry to go to Onomichi centre). The traditional japanese room is quite big, with view on the sea. If you have a car this is a perfect place to stay. 100% would come again!

This might have been one of the best places we stayed in Japan. The room was right above the cafè but very quiet and cute with an incredible view. The cafè downstairs was delightful and had a lovely view. The coffee and tea were incredible. You can even eat your own food there. All the bathrooms are shared but that's no problem at all. The price was fantastic for what we got. We also enjoyed talking to other guests. The view from the lookout above the shrine is also spectacular.
