Outstanding property which exceeded our expectations in all fronts. Peaceful, clean and such a great example of ryokan hospitality in rural Japan. Toki is an exceptional host who warmed our hearts with friendly and loving care - using google translate we had alot of laughs. You are a very special person Toki and definitely a highlight of our trip. Toki was very helpful with organising things with and for us and Iwamura is a beautiful quiet town with no westerners. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms had a lot of space and comfortable futon. Nice little onsen as well. Everything was so neat and tidy.
