Wonderful welcome. Immaculate environment. Beautiful nature. An incredibly calm environment where we only listened to the sound of the wind. Dinner was incredibly delicious and varied. We will not forget the 'welcome Turkey' of my beautiful brother from Yemen who offered unlimited tea flavored with Artemisia. And the Bedouin tea and smiling face of dear Bilal in the valley.

It was the nicest experience, we’ve heard in Jordan, and overall.  it’s a family owned hotel and the owners will make you feel like you’re part of the family.  Very friendly, very kind, whatever you need they will provide for it. At one point, we had to go to pharmacist, a they took care of everything.

Room was really nice and the view from the facility was amazing. The staff is really great, lovely people that let you feel super welcome. Meal (dinner and breakfast) were delicious.

Good hotel to stop when you travel across Jordan or if you want to go hiking in Dana Biosphere Reserve. The location is very nice. We had a room with a great view of the Dana Valley. It was clean and spacious. Very friendly and helpful host. We arrived quite late but it was possible to order dinner. We also got a delicious tea with sage. Good nutritious breakfast: scrambled eggs, hummus, vegetables, jam etc. Inside the dining room, you can find a fridge with some beverages, as well as a kettle, cups, and free potable water. There are benches, chairs, and armchairs outside where you can sit, relax, and admire the stunning view from the highest point in this area.

Situated 33 km from Shobak Castle, Ein lahda camp-site offers accommodation with a balcony, as well as barbecue facilities.

Stay here - not in Dana. Absolutely beautiful surroundings. My friends chose to stay here during the day and hike the trails accessible from the campsite while I hiked Wadi Dana trail - an excellent option that requires less logistical coordination and more time to enjoy what's right there, including the delicious food. The Rummana Campsite staff are all so sweet - we really enjoyed talking with them and learning from them.

I booked 2 nights at 7 Caves Hotel and had an absolute lovely stay. Everything was neat, comfy, relaxing and peaceful. The staff was super friendly and took care of everything. I enjoyed the quiet location, there is a nice castle to visit closeby. It was my birthday and the staff surprised me with an amazing chocolate cake. I didn't expect it and it was such a wonderful surprise. The original Bedouin dinner served was extremly delicious. Can highly recommend this place if you are looking for something special with a warm family atmosphere away from touristy places.

Petra Dad Farm (PDF) is a recently renovated apartment in Umm Şawwānah, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge.

Our stay was fabulous. Very quiet location, close to Shobak Castle & a short drive to Petra. Great facilities with everything you need, including wifi. The whole place is very clean and arranging access was made very easy by the owner. Great outdoor area to sit and enjoy the surrounds & beautiful night sky.
