The apartment was excellent. It is better than what it looks in the pictures. It is very spacious, modern and the room size was very big. Bathrooms are very clean and water pressure is superb and it has a rain shower head plus it has a bidet. Kitchen equipment is first rate with very good stove, fridge, coffee machine and dish washer and laundry machine. Location is very central, 5 minutes walk from Rialto bridge. Also the water taxi can stop directly by the hotel which is very convenient especially if you have luggage. The staff were very helpful, communicative and quick response.

amazing staff, mr. mwafi and miss francesca were super nice and helpful as possible.. great location which is near to major attractions.. the decor and bed size were perfect.. most importantly, AC was more than perfect ( we even had to turn it down sometimes , so feeling hot is not something to worry about at all! ) .. i would encourage anyone to stay here during their time in venice.

Amazing location - close to all sightseeing places. Everything was reachable on foot. The room was ready before the arrival and we were provided with the entrance code. We were informed on the arrival day a bit earlier that TV is not working and as a compensation were given a coupon for coffee and sweet in an amazing local cafeteria. Room had everything we needed including a nice terrace.

Our stay at San Marco suite was fantastic. Everything from the service to the amenities exceeded our expectations. Ylenia was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Prior to our stay, I have contacted Ylenia and she is extremely patient and friendly. She answered to all my queries very promptly. The room was spotless and the area is perfect for my family of 3. So Spacious and comfortable. We also appreciated the effort put into maintaining such a high level of cleanliness too. The location is perfect. Walking distance of less than 10mins and we will reach Rialto ferry station. It’s definitely the accommodation that my family is looking for.

The location is very close to the train/bus station so if you don’t like walking with luggage this is the place for you because other than taking a water taxi, Venice is very much pedestrian so you have to walk everywhere. The room made you feel like you were in a palace, everything about it was magical. The breakfast was very delicious and made on the spot by the hotel staff. One thing to note, because for us it was a novelty: they hand you a menu with a lot of options, try not to order too much because everything you order will come on a different plate as a meal of its own. Order what you would like to eat first and then order some more once you’ve seen the portions.
