This was such a lovely place to stay. Water pressure in the shower was so good. Nice comfortable and the breakfast was spectacular. The host was super nice and communicated with us in English. Parking on site for those that have a car.

We were contacted in advance by Empatia on what we should do to get inside. They were available via WhatsApp on questions we had and addressing requirements. We had a very positive reaction all the time. The cleaning lady was doing a good job and everything was left tidy and organised. The location was perfect. Everything was close by. The railway station on 659m from Empatia and down below is a nice coffee shop plus a good size supermarket. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was inc at one of several local bars - this was a lovely bonus! The balcony was great to sit out on and was nearly as big as the room! Clothes washing facilities was also a bonus. Great place to stay - so comfortable and relaxed.

It's a beautiful, bright, spacious room, stylish and elegant. The ensuite bathroom is all glossy marble and glass, with a powerful rain-shower and handheld shower. The bed was so comfortable I wished I could take it home. Every detail has been thought of, to make the stay very comfortable. I travel frequently in the UK and US and have been lucky to stay in some very high-end places but they really lack the design and quality of Italian accommodation. Personally I appreciated the flexible lighting; you could make it really bright if you wanted (my preferred choice) or low lights if that's your preference. I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching people heading to and from the beach, which is the next block from the apartment, but I also appreciated escaping from the heat into the air-conditioning. Everything was super-clean when I arrived and housekeeping came every day to keep it that way. Gabriele the host promptly responded to every query and was very welcoming. Highly recommended!!

The property is so clean and so beautiful! Very central located and has access to bars/restaurants near by and the shopping area. The beach is also inly 3 min walk away. The owner is very thoughtful and gave us so much support for parking solutions. The bed is very comfortable and coffee and snacks are also offered which I find extremely kind. I really recommend this property!

Our host, Mauricio, went out of his way to be welcoming and helpful. Coffee, tea, milk and home made pastries made by Mauricio’s mother were all there waiting for us on arrival. The flat was impeccable, light, airy and plenty spacious for 2, with everything we needed for a short stay. It has a lift and the air con was super efficient. It was close to one of the popular restaurant / bar areas of Pescara and in easy walking distance to the beach. Having local shops and a Carrefour close by was also handy.

The villa is beautiful if you like old buildings with caracter. The room big with a king bed and soft mattress, a very big bathroom with all amenities. The breakfast was good, loved the setting, I recommend the croissant.

This location is very well placed, next to a quiet street without traffic and only 400m away from the seaside. You can listen to many birds chirping every morning and evening, there are palms and many different flowers that embalm the air. The villa is exceptional, surrounded by trees and palms, benefitting of a large terrace and long balconies. The town is very quiet, well organized, clean and pleasant!

The owners of Peperosa were extremely helpful with all our needs, they will advice you on anything you may want to know about pescara and surrounding. It felt like our own holiday home on the Adriatic, quiet, clean and comfortable, just a few minutes outside the city. Highly recommended.

We loved staying in this villa! It was so spacious, clean and beautifully decorated and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There’s a trail right next to the house that leads straight to the ocean and lungomare and a store just across the street, as well as a bus stop. The bus comes constantly and you can buy tickets on the TUA app. I recommend taking transit into town as it’s about a 30-40 minute walk. We always felt very comfortable here and our host was so helpful with everything we needed.
