We spent a week in this amazing apartment, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. It was perfectly equipped for a comfortable family stay. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed — from kitchen essentials to an iron, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, and even thoughtful extras that made us feel welcomed right away. There were coffee capsules for the machine, bottles of water, cookies, and even cleaning and laundry products already available — a small but lovely touch that made settling in so easy. Everything we might have needed during the first few days was already there, so we felt at home from the very first moment. The apartment was spotlessly clean, cozy, and very well-maintained. Despite the 35°C heat outside, we were always comfortable thanks to efficient air conditioning in every room. Both we and our children slept peacefully and truly relaxed. The location is perfect — just a two-minute walk to the sea. The area is quiet, with excellent sound insulation, so mornings and evenings were especially peaceful. Parking was never a serious problem. Even on weekends, when the area was busier, we always managed to find a spot nearby without too much trouble. Everything was arranged with great care and attention to detail. The apartment offered not only convenience, but also a genuine sense of comfort and hospitality. We would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

The apartment is really beautiful, comfortable and clean. It was better than we expected. It's located 20 minutes from the center of Pesaro, so it's easy to get into the city even by foot. The owner and her son were really kind and helpful, we have enjoyed our days there, hope we'll have the chance to be back in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It has a comfortable well-furnished lounge, good outdoor space plus a nice bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is just a 2-minute walk from the old centre of Pesaro and the Curvone parking provides an easy parking option. The owner was very responsive to any questions and worked hard to anticipate the needs of guests. Some examples The day we arrived coincided with Pesaro’s annual fair and he went to the trouble of booking a space in the local car park and even put his on car in that space to ensure we would have a place. Without his effort, we would have found it hard to get anywhere to park that day He provided a thoughtful collection of food items in the apartment for us to use and a range of toiletries that travellers might have forgotten Highly recommended – we would be very happy to book again

The villa is surrounded by an immense ’garden’ with olive and fruit trees. The hosts gave us a warm welcome and were very helpful. The kitchen is fulltime equipped. The bathroom is clean and contains all that is needed.

The property isvery well located with everything needed for self catering well within walking distance Marco also most generously left much more than basics for our use in a completely equipped home He daily made suggestions for charming restaurants to try and beautiful villages to visit in the hills
