Signora Luisa is the heart and soul of the beautiful spaces she takes care of. The room is clean and cozy. Good location ，where is just at entrance of upper town，and there is supermarket and free parking spot away from 5 more minutes walking distances。the property is apartment just stands beside by the rain road leads to the lower town，20mins you can reach the heart of the town ，the room on the six floors was really nice as picture as showed with wide balcony also a wine bar，nice view and shiny，spacious，clean，and comfortable，dinner room and kitchen are shared，but there is only two rooms in the apartment ，we were really lucky to occupied the whole of it for our own without sharing since we were only guests on the same day。with tablewares and plates you can make a meal for you own，basic olive and salt even prepared 。the owner was super nice ，came to the lift door to meeting us and offered so many information about scenic spot churches and shops，viewpoints in town by WhatsApp。here was our itinerary in Italy nearly end of two months ，but it was the most also first place that made us had feeling like home we have been stayed till now，we had a wonderful time here in Modica，thanks a lot，I’ really given 20 marks on it，if it is possible ，it exactly worth it ，highly recommend ！

Host Vincenzo was very very kind. He gave us very important information how to get to Modica and the next destination. He even picked us up from bus stop and to the railway station. His tips on restaurants were also informative very much. Location was very good that we could go everywhere in the city center on foot. Another good thing was we enjoyed the amazing view from the rooftop terrace. It was spectacular to see the old city of Modica. We will come back again. Grazie mille, Vincenzo!

That's a magical place. 18th century villa, which was renewed 5 years ago. All profits go to the foundation which helps to mothers and children. The location is great, in good weather you can see the sea. Owner is very nice person and made a tour for us. The place is amazing. The filling of true Sicily from old movies

Villa Paradiso was stunning- outside space is wonderful. Best pool we've ever had. Gas Pizza Oven and Grill are fantastic facilities. The vegetable & herb patch was amazing- great to be able to pick and cook things. Inside space is modern and spotlessly clean, it had all the amenities that we needed. Our hosts were amazing and available by text to answer any questions.

a must to do near Modica. Veritable sicilian atmosphere with guided presentation of the villa and history of it. Very helpful staff and excellent relaxing atmosphere. +. by your stay you support a fundation of the Benedictian cloister of young abandoned woman.

This is a fantastic villa for a large group and while the photos are great, there is so much more to Baglio Fasana! We were a group of 11, 4 adults and 7 children ages ranging from 4 to 15 years. There was lots of communal space both indoor and outdoor and the bedrooms were spacious, cool and well laid out. Good aircon and fast WIFI. The kitchen was very well equipped. The pool, where we spent most of our holiday, was just perfect! Guiseppe is a perfect host and could not have done any more to ensure that we had a brilliant holiday.
