Very nice room located in a building with interesting past. It was cleaned and quiet. There is everything needed in the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful and provided various information. Linen and towels included. The area is quiet and there is a free private parking.

We liked everything about our stay. Federica the host is available for any recommendations or questions. She is a really welcoming person and the room is perfect, nice view outside (we saw the sunrise from the balcony), the apartment is super new and super clean. The place is astonishing, a 18-century property refurbished partly as an accomodation, partly as a place for people with special needs, who also work at the premises. Beautiful sorroundings, breakfast in a very nice courtyard. All the peace you can find. Is in the countryside, still very near Modica and also Scicli. The apartment given to us was OK, it has a private open space with a big table and chairs. IMHO an excelent place to have relax and nice tours nearby.

This was an exceptional accommodation. The house was stylish and newly renovated, with a lovely terrace belonging to the room: the view of the town would have been perfect, if it did not rain so heavily :-) The room was warm, though, and had everything we needed (kettle, wine glasses, cork screw). And the host was perfectly lovely, too. We will definitely come back to enjoy the view in a better weather.

Restored old property from 1850 in the old part of the historic town of Modica. Fantastic taste for details and comfy bed.Lovely and friendly host very helpful. Outstanding views from the garden. Amazing views, room was basic but still very nice and clean. The bathroom was nice. The little old lady was sweet. She didn't speak English but she told me to open the windows when I entered the room and the view was definitely a major highlight of my holiday. Walking down the stairs to the town centre was also fun.

The town and this inn was so fabulous. The room had a balcony that looked over the most beautiful church. Truly amazing. The staff were so lovely and helpful. Nice Sicilian breakfast freshly prepared. The room is furnished so elegantly. We loved it.
