Andrea was a fabulous host from checking in and showing us the facilities and giving us a lot of good tips on what to see and places to eat. He gave us the choice of rooms as we were the only guests that evening and we chose the front room. He did warn us it was the noisiest though as it faced the street but we preferred to have the bathroom inside the room. The other rooms have a bathroom across the corridor which is not shared but for convenience we chose the room with the bathroom inside. The property is well situated and close to all attractions. We got a park right outside and did drive to a couple of places but that was more to save time as we checked in quite late after a long drive. The property was clean and comfortable. The shower was quite large by Italian standards and lovely and hot with great water pressure.

Very hospital host. Nice big new room with balcony, very cozy and clean. Terrace upstairs with view on the mountains. Close by pub Da Baró with excellent food. Great place to stop and travel around with a motorcycle.

I stayed in the apartment for two weeks while I was doing an Italian course. The apartment was great - well-equipped kitchen, right in the centre of town with two lovely squares with cafes and restaurants and the main shopping street with a supermarket very close by so location couldn’t be better, spacious, clean, very comfortable. Gabriele was an excellent and very helpful and welcoming host.

We loved the location in the centre of town. The hosts were so accommodating to ensure that our stay was the best. Everything in the apartment was excellent. The beds were comfortable, the water was hot, the kitchen had great facilities. We loved the location. We highly recommend this apartment.

One of the most lovely appartment ❤️ So kind and helpfull owner 👌 Parking 5 min from the accomodation. Also great location in amazing L'Aquila center which has been destroyed by earthquake in 2009.. 😒 but more tourists for this location to update this beautiful city! 🫶
