The apartment was just like in the pictures, which we appreciated a lot. Everything was clean, the amenities were everything we could have hoped for, and the best part, was the host. He did his best to ensure our independent check.in, and was very responsive when we had questions or issues. Everything. Starting with the communication with the owners, the check-in process, the charming and professionalism of the owners, the location in the historical district of Parma just 10 minutes away from Parma center, the rooms are beautiful, very well decorated until the very last detail, bathroom and shower are good. The owner gave us very good advices about Parma and where to go and eat. The whole process was smooth. I definitely would stay here again and again and again.
