To Ornella, Olda and Ina, how wonderful these three ladies were to both of us. We were totally spoilt by them, and in particular, my wife who is a Coeliac was absolutely catered for with a wide variety of Gluten and Dairy Free options, even to the point of having Gluten Free snacks provided each day in our room. We couldn't fault our B & B experience. Thank you ladies for making our final stop in Italy such a wonderful one.

An exceptional experience from start to finish. The apartment was immaculately clean and comprehensively equipped, exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was seamless and communication exemplary, every message was answered promptly with clear, helpful information, and we were even provided with local recommendations. Modern excellent location easy to reach by public transport from the city centre. It wasn’t missed that there where all the ingredients to make spaghetti bolognaise left for me so as I was on a Olof a I gave it a go. Some ingredients had to be foraged from the garden ie basil and chilli. A nice touch which made a fantastic nights stay all the better. You won’t find better accommodation in zBologna and I will be back next year. Thank you

Amazing 🤩 very beautiful in historical building. Pretty rooms, very cozy and comfortable. Carlo is great :) he booked us a table in a nice typical restaurant, helped us to find most important places to see in short time we had. Breakfast was something special- in the most beautiful room, cozy music and served just for us. Would recommend to go to Bologna even if only to stay with Carlo :)

Very cozy, good-quality apartment! The owner is a very friendly, attentive and helpful person. He met us personally, showed us everything and helped with ordering a taxi early in the morning. Thanks! The apartment is next to the train station (7 min), 10-20 min to the main attractions. The apartment is just in perfect condition, very clean and well maintained. When checking in, there was beer, juices, and water in the refrigerator - very nice! Despite the fact that one of the bedrooms has windows facing the main street, it was very quiet and nothing prevented you from relaxing. It is important that all rooms have good air conditioning

Fantastic location to get around. Unfortunately we had huge delays in our connecting flight so missed exploring for a day but the location enabled us to get around and see it all albeit a bit rushed. Very comfortable bed, we had such a restful sleep.

Great quiet district very close old city wall. Villa with history and really modern to stay. Good breakfast to start the day. Parking places inside of courtyard. We would like to come back here again

Beautifully maintained villa walking distance (20 mins by foot) from the city center. Charming spacious rooms. Very comfortable mattress, big bed. Very friendly and attentive staff. Parking at the slot. Very clean. Feels very safe. Amazing breakfast served on the site.

The beautiful architecture of the building that is very well preserved, the proximity to the centre, parking in the yard, comfy beds, so clean bathroom) - I am so glad I chose this villa!!!!
