I had one day stay in the hotel in a superior triple room. I also booked a standard room to another 2 people. - The room was one of the cleanest I've ever seen - The price is really good for the quality - It has everything you might need, including a Nespresso machine and a lot of amenities - The bathroom is spacious in both the standard and the superior room - The beds are super large and really comfy - The center is in walking distance (20-25 minutes, depending on where you will go) - Even if everything is automated (you can't find any staff in the hotel, you can open the doors with your phone), the staff is super responsive if you message them through Booking messaging. They helped us book a taxi for the airport in a very good price.

Very happy with this choice. They sent clear instructions for check-in and key collection, and the room was clean with a fairly spacious bathroom. The surroundings felt calm and safe, with plenty of space for parking. They even left us a small breakfast snack, even though breakfast wasn’t officially included – a thoughtful gesture. Friendly, efficient, honest, and genuinely wanting guests to feel good – that’s the impression I got, even though we only stayed one night before an early flight. If I fly from Bergamo again, I’ll stay here.

I liked the self check-in alternative after reception closure because we arrived late. Very clean and nice location. I liked that the staff was very responsive to help us dealing with problems from train strike during our trip to the location I like that we could place our luggages in a specific room to not hold them during our city walk. I like that the communication with the staff was smooth and quick even though there was weekend.

The accommodation was excellent. It is located a 15-minute walk from the bus stop coming from the airport. The check-in app is great, we easily got to the apartment. The apartment had everything we needed: a fridge, coffee maker, kettle, coffee and tea, and water in the fridge. The bed was extremely comfortable. The apartment is located on a street, but it wasn’t very noisy. There are restaurants, caffeteria, a flower shop, and a grocery store around. The bars were open in the evening, but we didn’t hear any noise. The bathroom was equipped with everything, and towels were provided in three sizes. A hair dryer was also available.
