Helga is so caring and kind, we wish we would’ve spent more time at her home and with her, she has amazing tips and suggestions for your trip and loves to share her knowledge 😍 The room was beyond perfect, comfortable and warm beds with an amazing view… we even saw northern lights from the comfort of our room! This is simply the best place I ever booked through booking.com. The location is amazing, the apartment is extremely nice, kitchen well equipped, and there is even a hot tub from which you can look at the sunset or the northern lights. Would recommend for sure. Host was also very kind

This place is such a vibe. It is so cosy and simple. It really gives of country vibes. All needed amenities where there. We were only four people staying there but it is equipped for up to 8. When staying there definitely consider using the nice hot tub at night. Its just great.

A good location for a stress-free getaway in Ólafsfjörður, Klara Guesthouse is a guest house surrounded by views of the mountain.

Gunnar is an amazing host, he was so helpful with the roads being closed due to the avalanche risks in the winter. We absolutely loved our stay and wish we could’ve stayed longer. I really recommend this place! 😄🏡
