Beautiful old house kept in excellent condition, very clean rooms, comfortable beds, in the picturesque Fontainhas neighbourhood of Panaji. The host and staff are very welcoming and accommodating, the rooftop terrace is lovely, filled with plants and offering beautiful views - perfect place to have breakfast. The homemade jam served with the goan bread was delicious, and whenever I was on the property I enjoyed the company of the friendly ginger cat resident, as well as that of the cute dogs visiting sometimes. Overall, it's been a great stay! Thank you!

Beautiful historic house in a the peaceful Campal area of Panjim. Deric has made this charming property into a comfortable homestay while preserving and enhancing its antique features. The whole place has a feeling of quiet dignity, yet Deric is so welcoming it feels like home. The rooms are spacious and cool and the plants and trees are a delight. The home stay is within easy walking distance of the commercial Centre and there are taxis and a choice of restaurants nearby. Breakfast is served a few steps away across the road at a restaurant where the food is good and the service prompt and friendly. Deric is an exceptionally kind and considerate host. He checked every day that I had everything I needed and even gave me a late check out in another room because I had an evening flight. I sincerely recommend Vivenda Rebelo to any traveler who values quiet, tasteful decor, value for money, and a genuinely kind host.

I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely 2BHK house in Panjim, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the entire property was. The living space was spacious and cozy, making it a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. The bathrooms were particularly well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities, and everything was spotless, which made the stay even more comfortable. The AC worked perfectly, keeping the place cool and relaxing, especially after the warm days spent exploring the area. Amazing hospitality! The hosts were very kind, accommodating, and communicative. Our stay was fantastic, Menezes house is the best of both worlds. The privacy of a hotel or Airbnb, but the cozy feeling of a homestay. The house is a duplex, so you have your own entryway and living room area as well. Rooms are spacious and clean, with a locking closet you can use for storage! Overall a 10/10 stay. Will be back again.

After two nights in Surya Kiran Miramar (a basic hotel without service), we switched to the sister hotel Surya Kiran Heritage - and this is heaven! A beautiful Dutch merchant villa with an open air court (with a tree growing in the middle and kois swimming in the pond), a very spacious open air restaurant area, a wonderful old terrace with vintage furniture, spacious rooms with antique interiors chosen with taste - I have rarely been in such a beautiful hotel. Perfect place to spend a week and relax!
