Beautiful old house kept in excellent condition, very clean rooms, comfortable beds, in the picturesque Fontainhas neighbourhood of Panaji. The host and staff are very welcoming and accommodating, the rooftop terrace is lovely, filled with plants and offering beautiful views - perfect place to have breakfast. The homemade jam served with the goan bread was delicious, and whenever I was on the property I enjoyed the company of the friendly ginger cat resident, as well as that of the cute dogs visiting sometimes. Overall, it's been a great stay! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Vivendo Rebelo. The rooms and the entire guest house were very clean, and all the necessities were provided. The neighbourhood is very safe and peaceful. Deric was very accommodating and helpful. He recommended sightseeing venues, restaurants and always provided information on whatever questions we had. We decided to extend our stay at the guest house due to the excellent experience we had there. I can warmly recommend Vivenda Rebelo.

I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely 2BHK house in Panjim, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the entire property was. The living space was spacious and cozy, making it a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. The bathrooms were particularly well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities, and everything was spotless, which made the stay even more comfortable. The AC worked perfectly, keeping the place cool and relaxing, especially after the warm days spent exploring the area. After two nights in Surya Kiran Miramar (a basic hotel without service), we switched to the sister hotel Surya Kiran Heritage - and this is heaven! A beautiful Dutch merchant villa with an open air court (with a tree growing in the middle and kois swimming in the pond), a very spacious open air restaurant area, a wonderful old terrace with vintage furniture, spacious rooms with antique interiors chosen with taste - I have rarely been in such a beautiful hotel. Perfect place to spend a week and relax!

Very nice room! The breakfast could be improved because may not suit for everyone! The manager is a great and professional person! Even if, he is always very serious, he is always at the hotel and always ready to help you! Rooms are cleaned! Wifi works perfectly! 10 minutes bus from the city center - I would say safe area! Outside the hotel there are no taxis or TUK TUK, so be sure to always have the number of a TUK TUK or taxi to call! Thank you!

Very clean property and Shiva the guy who works there was very helpful he regularly help me to call cabs and auto Rikshaw. Worth for what I paid very economic but still very nice villa.

After two nights in Surya Kiran Miramar (a basic hotel without service), we switched to the sister hotel Surya Kiran Heritage - and this is heaven! A beautiful Dutch merchant villa with an open air court (with a tree growing in the middle and kois swimming in the pond), a very spacious open air restaurant area, a wonderful old terrace with vintage furniture, spacious rooms with antique interiors chosen with taste - I have rarely been in such a beautiful hotel. Perfect place to spend a week and relax!

Villa Khatun gives you a nice peaceful feeling amidst the city of Panaji. Walking distance from all major attractions. The staff so cordial and helping. Shiva takes care of you like family. I have a go to place in Goa now. Thanks for hosting me.
