The owner was with plenty of hospitality. He helped me do a trek to Living Bridges and the rainbow waterfalls. He had contacts with drivers and guides. The room was spacious and well-maintained though the price was affordable. Hot water was available for a bath. It was just a 7-minute walk to the city center where I could take a shared cab to Shillong. The owner told me the proper fare.

Excellent peaceful location, the owner and his friend are also really great people and gave me various recommendations and spent some time with me as I was solo, it was really appreciated 😁 Place was clean and there's a hot water geezer and thick blankets on beds, which is what you need in winter here. Would highly recommend!

Very beautiful lake and very nice owner. The rooms were new and clean, and we had a campfire in the night. We wanted a taxi and the owner walked with us all the way to help search for one. Amazing service!
