Excellent flat with sea facing view and close to all famous food joints and restaurants. Families and kids if like the beach will definitely love the place as it is only walkable distance across the road. Flat was very clean and is as shown in the pictures. It was very satisfying. Me and my family had an amazing time,sitting at the deck and overlooking the river. The room we had was also looking over the river bank and it was stunning. the service was Excellent. The meals were given at the right time. And there were no hurdles at all. So in an overall experience it was a smooth stay.

Excellent stay and safe location. Came here with mom and aunt and we felt really comfortable. Mr. Abhinav ensured that we were comfortable and most importantly safe(since we were not accompanied by our male family members). Housekeeping was on call most of the time and they did a pretty amazing job cleaning our room and bathroom thoroughly! The location was perfect for our official work as it is quite close by to all the important places. CCTV is installed all over the property and car parking was also available. The ac room had enough space for 3 women with a lot of luggage. Will stay here the next time we come to Calicut! We had to check in a lot earlier than expected(3.5hrs) and they were very quick to ensure that we are settled in ASAP.
