The host treats me his family. When I have a fever and diarrhea, he takes me to the hospital. He is so nice and kind to guests. Recommend his guesthouse. The room is very clean.

The accommodation had bottled water, so you didn't have to carry it all the time.

A very nice welcoming place for really good price and specially great food, homemade by the family . The bed was comfortable . There are a lot smiling kids look like angels in the place , and i think the family is the highlight of the place

I stayed at Monika Mansion for three nights and was very impressed with the value for money. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent, just a short walk from the Mahabodhi Temple. I would definitely recommend Monika Mansion to anyone looking for a budget-friendly place to stay in Bodhgaya.

If you are looking for a hotel with excellent facilities and conveniently located close to the sprawling pilgrimage town of Bodhgaya, I highly recommend Gaurav Guest House. During my recent stay (March 2023), I was impressed by the comfortable rooms, good amenities, and friendly hosts who went out of their way to ensure my trip was enjoyable. One of the standout features of this hotel is its location. It is close to Mahabodhi Temple Complex. Some temples are just a stone's throw away, but not in the centre of the bustle of the crowded area, making it the perfect base to explore the city. So everything is within easy reach whether you are interested in pilgrimage or shopping. The guest house itself is well-appointed, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The beds are cosy and provide a good night's sleep without disturbing noises. Free Wi-Fi speed is good. They also have parking space. I went with my parents, and they also found the guest house suitable for their liking. What really sets this hotel apart is the friendly and attentive hosts. We went there during Holi festival week. So many temples and shops were closed. But the guest house staff provided valuable information so we could visit the temples during the limited open hours. They speak English fluently and are always on hand to provide guidance and advice on the best things to see and do in the area. If you plan to visit Bodhgaya, especially if you are someone like me who plans a trip without a guide or travel agency. Finding safe and friendly accommodation when planning a trip can be challenging. Finding a hotel with a sense of friendliness and safety, where your well-being is a top priority and genuine hospitality is extended, can significantly enhance your travel experience. That's why I highly recommend Gaurav Guest House.
