This house is beautiful and cosy! It has everything you can possibly need for your stay. The hitting works perfectly, the house was spotlessly clean. The location is perfect. The hosts made things very easy and practical. The toys were a plus! I'm recommending this accommodation to all my friends! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Margot and John Joe were one of the sweetest people I have ever met. They helped me with travelling advice before my stay. They even drove me from Dungarvan center to their BnB. As I was travelling alone they offered me to take me to see the horse races in Tramore. Even though we had just met, they even drove me around the Copper Coast and took me out to dinner to a wonderful local village pub! Best hosts ever. It was a fantastic day, and I was able to learn about the Irish culture. The room was very peaceful - a perfect place to feel cozy and relax. Margot and Joe John make you feel at home. They are attentive to each detail. The whole house was cleaned perfectly - definitely the cleanest bathroom I have ever seen and I have traveled a lot. The bed matress was really really comfy and the shower was nice and big and I had a hot shower. The cows and horses add to the charm of the country house. And there is so much amazing countryside to visit around the BnB but also in the villages around. But it's also a very quick drive to Dungarvan town so you can do the Greenway bikeride or have fun in the pubs or party in the city too. I was travelling by bus and it was easy to get from Waterford to Dungarvan with the bus. I also took the bus to Cork. The breakfast was huge and the hosts offered to cook more and were attentive to all my needs, making sure I had everything I needed. Best place I stayed in Ireland by far! And probably the most relaxing house I have ever stayed in. Honestly best hospitality I have ever seen (and this is coming from a person who has traveled a lot and knows about hospitality). Margot and John Joe are the sweetest people. If you want to relax in the countryside and visit the south coast of Ireland Coolcormack Stud BnB is THE place to be.

We (group of 5) had a great 2-night stay in Kozy Kabin. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay, and the hot tub is amazing. Note the freezer is behind the door in the outdoor area (we didn't realise this until the last day) and the code for the entrance is in an email from Booking.com, not on the booking.com confirmation page (my mistake) Would definitely come back for another celebration or just a relaxing weekend

Very friendly people. House was well equipped and spotless. The lighting stove was fabulous and the hot tub was amazing.

That should be my favourate hotel in my Ireland trip. The host and staff are very friendly.

A very nice place to stay in Waterford, very comfortable, close to the city centre by walk, and Darryl is very reactive and helpful!

Great location. Very peaceful, and seeing the deers first thing in the morning is amazing. We were a family of 4 adults and an infant that stayed for two nights. The facilities were fantastic.

The Lodge is perfect for a family gathering. It is located in a quiet area and is approx 3 mins walk to the hotel and leisure facilities. The fire was lit on our arrival and it was so cozy. Everything that you would need is there in the lodge. Thank you!
