Coreen Guest House is a very comfortable family-run guesthouse that absolutely feels like home! Maria, the owner of the house is a very friendly person, who is experienced in running the guesthouse and makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. She offered us breakfast, although we didn´t even book it, which was really forthcoming! And, she even gave our 4-year old daughter a gift to play with and provided her grandchildren´s dollhouse, which our daughter loved a lot. Her daughter Nieve, who covered for Maria, when she wasn´t there, was really lovely too. They are all used to having people in their lovely house with beautiful garden views. The house is located in a nice and safe neighbourhood, about 10-15 minutes walk from the city center. It is about 5 minutes walk from the town park, where you find quite and green as well as a very nice playground for kids. Our room (2) was very nice and there is a variety of tea and coffee provided in the room! The bathroom is modern and very clean with a really great shower. Beds are comfy. We could store food/drinks that needed cooling in their family fridge. A nice surprise is the house´s dog buddy, who is super cute and friendly to everyone and good with kids.

Having your own separate building provided a very relaxing space and atmosphere. Everything you need was provided, so you had all the comforts of home while being on holiday. Our host was very warm and welcoming and made us feel comfortable immediately. She had stocked the cupboards and fridge for our breakfasts, which was much appreciated. Beautiful facilities. Would highly recommend.

What is there not to like! From the 1st moment I fell in love with the cabin. The host was super nice, friendly and helpful. The location is perfectly away from the roads and towns so you really get the sense of Irish country side. The cabin was TOP! Neat, cosy, beautifully furnitured, had super patio for an evening drink (actually, there were two!). Beds were super comfortable and the couch was situated so you watched the sunset in ful blow! It smelled of flowers.

I really like this place. The host is very friendly and respond quickly. Clean and well equipped. First time live in a loft. Lots of stairs to get to bed. But I like it. The place is warmed up quickly after turn the radiator on. I only realised it’s I turned the light bulb on , which hanging between the two stables in the late evening. My apologies to the people who live in opposite sides. I was puzzled how it could be turned off. The location is very good. It’s between the Kildare Village and Emo Court. 10-15 minutes drive to both places. I am a foreigner, this place is actually quite a distant to Dublin. There is a very good Italian takeaway on the front street. Enjoyed a fish and chips there.

Excellent standard of accommodation. Super friendly host. Room was spacious & comfortable. En-suite with great shower. Everything was spotless. Super breakfast complete with freshly baked breads. On business so fast Internet was a bonus. Would definitely recommend.
