The service at Harbourfront Apartments is second to none! We had a last minute booking and Diane and the team were fabulous. The apartment is lovely, beautifully comfortable and well appointed. You have everything you need. Steps from the ferry, ten minutes from Dungloe, with a great pub across the road. There's excellent parking and a warm welcome!

Our host left very clear instructions and was on hand to answer any questions we had, responding quickly. It was easy to collect our keys from a safe spot pointed out by the host, they even gave recommendations on nearby pubs and beaches. The location was in walking distance of a quiet beach called Susan's beach and a short drive to a couple others, Dooey beach and Portnoo Beach. There were a few traditional pubs close by and easy access to larger supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl and SuperValue a short drive away in Dungloe. There was a local honesty box along the road to the property if you needed eggs, jams or breads which was really helpful. It was the perfect base to do a little exploring during the day and cosy in at night with the wood burner, TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime and everything else you might need. A well equipped kitchen with kettle, microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher and even some essentials like salt, pepper, sugar oil etc. The electric shower was nice after a cold walk on the beaches. There was good heating throughout and three super comfy double beds although we only really needed the wood burner to stay warm. There was also plenty of towels, hair-dryer, iron and ironing board if you needed, the host had thought of everything! Even the wi-fi was a decent speed! The weather we had wasn't during our stay wasn't great but if it were during the summer months the property has a fantastic deck with very little light pollution at night so there was plenty of star gazing to be had. We will be back for sure!

Our host left very clear instructions and was on hand to answer any questions we had, responding quickly. This was the most amazing property and by far, the best holiday home we have stayed in. The house was beautifully furnished, exceptionally clean and lots of little extras to make our stay comfortable. The window seat was perfect and we spent the majority of our time sat looking out at the wonderful view. A short week to and from the beach and a downstairs bathroom was brilliant to have a quick shower with sandy feet!

Location was good freindly were we were travelling on motorcycles and it was secure and the village/town centre was 10 mins walk with a couple of good bars and one serving food.

This house was amazing and the views were incredible! It had everything you could possibly need! Fully equipped kitchen! No need for cleaning products, toiletries etc, everything is there for you! The house was spotless and the beds were so comfortable! There’s a lovely wee walk down to a picnic area with sandpit for the children to play in! It’s a 5 min walk into the village so no need to bring the car !
