We stayed at The Waters Country House during our trip through the Irish countryside and it was like stepping into a fairytale. The house is absolutely stunning—full of charm and character. Our host, Wolfgang, was very kind and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. Breakfast was delicious and served in a beautiful setting with unique furniture and warm lighting, creating a peaceful atmosphere. We also recommend booking a table at Monks restaurant nearby—local taxi drivers make it easy to get there without a car. A very special place we’d love to return to!

Barrymor is a great place to stay. It is spotless, extremely comfortable and ideally located off the beaten track and only a short walk or drive to Ballyvaghan. Helen is a wonderful host, very friendly. I can't recommend Barrymor and Helen highly enough, I will definitely be back.

Host provided a lot of food for us (milk, orange juice, pasta and sauce, cereal and some can food). Washing machine, vacuum cleaner, drying rack, microwave (but no microwave utensil) are available. There are 2 hot plates on top of the oven which you can cook your food, but is a bit too high which make cooking difficult.

Everything! A gorgeous B&B, believe the pics :) The room was so nice, inviting and spotless. Liz and Cormac were generous, accommodating, patient and all around lovely. Made us feel at home. The location is great, just down the road there’s a great pub with live music and good food. The cliffs and the cave are 5 min. drive. This was definitely our favorite place in Ireland so far. Highly recommend.

We LOVED this hotel! It was the perfect Irish Countryside Bed and Breakfast. The rooms had a unique, old fashion feel but were still very clean. We also used some of the common space to eat dinner that picked up in the village. The owner also went out of his way to give us a little breakfast before we left for an early day. I would definitely try to stay here again if I'm ever in the area again.

It is a quaint thatched cottage and well located between Ballyvaughan village and pier and within an easy walk of both. It is spacious and reasonably well equipped. We were grateful for the flexibility with the check out time.
