Really great apartment with everything you might need for a short or even a long term stay. Fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher. Dea is lovely, responded very quickly to every question that we've had. Location is really good too - close to the historical center, 5 minutes drive to the bus station, lots of restaurants and supermarkets in the area.

Totally recommended! Jelena is one gem of a host, welcomed us and showed the apartment, and gave local tips on what to explore and where to eat in Split. The location can't be better, right in the old town where all the attractions are a stone throw away. The forest and the two best beaches can be explored as well. We did walk up the forest and reached the other part where the nice beach was, by about an hour and half of a walk.

If I had the option to give 11 out of 10, I wouldn’t have hesitated to give it 11 out of 10. Amazing property. Superb location, large rooms, large bathrooms, nice interiors and very attentive hosts, across the road to Old Town…this combination makes it the best place to stay in Split. I noticed that there was no electric kettle in the room. I just dropped a message to the hosts and next morning it was there in my room. Since Split Old Town is just across the street, you have best of both the worlds. A grocery store is 50 meters from the property. It’s a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Special thanks to Jelena and Lucia for the amazing breakfast and taking very good care of the guests. They are really, truly amazing hosts.

I am travelling solo. Location was perfect and I felt very safe. I was in the loft which had water views. Very big for just me but I think 3 people would be more than comfortable. Next door was a small bar with beautiful views also. Once in apartment could not hear any noise from outside. A new room on ground floor looks just about finished. Also with beautiful views. Would love to go back and stay in that room one day. Walk into the main area of the town within 2 min. Everything at your doorstep. Kitchen small but I did not need to use anyway. Bathroom very decent size and clean. Marija the host very quick to respond with my questions. Rocco her father is a gorgeous man that went out of his way to assist me. Although I believe he is rarely in Split. I would have stayed longer here but only booked 2 nights in case it was not good but they were booked out when I tried to book longer to had to move apartments. I loved everything about this place.

I loved the overall look, wonderfully decorated and the air con was perfect. The apartment was really clean too! Also, it’s a really busy street below but the apartment was wonderfully quiet. Having a washing machine is great too!
