Nice, pleasant apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Bit far from the beach, but that didn't was an issue for us. The apartment has everything you need and nice host.

Great location in centre of town. Clean and spacious for our family of 5. Parking was never a problem, hosts were very responsive and check-in was very easy. We stayed 9 nights and found it was a great base to explore surrounding sites such as Lefkada, Preveza, Parga and Corfu.

We absolutely loved Maria’s Paradise! We are a family of 5 plus a baby and there was plenty of space, the accommodation had everything we needed and more! It was beautifully decorated and Maria was so helpful and welcoming. The property is right in the centre of town only a few minutes walk to the beach with road parking outside. The garden at the back is lovely with furniture and hammocks to relax in and because Maria knew we had children and with us she put out the large paddling pool which was a perfect size and a wonderful surprise- the children loved it! And it meant we could relax while watching them. All the beds were very comfortable and it was immaculately clean. I would recommend Maria’s Paradise to everyone!

The location is in the very center of preveza you can easily find restaurants and bars just downstairs. Vasilis (sorry if I spelt it wrong) was kind enough to help us find a parking spot when we arrived, he showed us the restaurants he recommends, he suggested things to do and places to see. Him and her sister reassured that us they are one message away if we have any queries. The room was clean and aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. There was ouzo, water, juice, and dessert prepared for us when we arrived. The photos uploaded here in booking is how the room really looks like. It kind of feels private that there are only two rooms in the accommodation.

Situated in Preveza and only 700 metres from Kiani Akti Beach, NK Luxury Apartments features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at NK Luxury Apartments. Our hostess was super friendly and helpful, providing us with insightful information about travel locations and restaurant recommendations in the area. The apartment was comfortable and new.
