Amazing stay. Great communication from host. Owner met us on site when we arrived and even drove us to the supermarket which was just 5 minutes away and gave us tour of good places around to visit on foot. Owners mother also drove my brother to the airport without accepting any charge when we asked for number of taxi. They also provided us with local taxi person. There are lovely beaches and beach clubs around 10 minutes walk. Supermarket 5 minute walk and loads of great tavernas 5 minute walk. We recommend going to Porto Azzuro, Ionio and Banana beach clubs. The house is great. Lots of different outdoor areas, hammock area, bbq area, terraces all round. Was extremely relaxing. Would definitely come back!

I have been using booking.com regularly and intensively for about 20 years. I take care to make detailed comments after each of my stays. When I’m going to book cities I haven’t been to before, I read guest reviews carefully. And I’ve always benefited a lot from it. I came to Zakynthos for the first time. That’s why I read the comments very carefully before booking. I will write my comments about the facility in detail to help the next visitors. I will correct some of the previous comments. I’m sure that on the date the previous ones were written is true. But obviously, the facility has taken the necessary measures and needs an update. First of all, we stayed with my seven-year-old son in a villa by the sea. The villa was very comfortable and very beautifully decorated. The cleaning was excellent. We arrived by renting a car from the airport. The hotel has a separate and free parking area for guests staying only. The width of this parking space is extremely sufficient. The entrance and exit are made through a separate chained door. There is 25-30m between the point where you park your car and your villa. And that distance is straight. There are no stairs, ramps, etc. After leaving the main road, you take a three-kilometer mountain road to come to the hotel. We crossed this road in 6 minutes. Unlike some old comments, we enjoyed this way a lot. We couldn’t get enough of the beauty of the landscapes. There are all the opportunities that are said to be in the villa. Moreover, in its highest quality form... All kinds of kitchen equipment, large refrigerator, oven, washing machine, coffee machine (and capsules), toaster, dish soap, kettle, extractor, american services etc. There are three air conditioners in total, in the living room and two bedrooms separately, and they all work very well. Both rooms have very clean and hygienic bathrooms. The restaurant inside the facility receives the last order at 8:00 in the evening.

Our stay on the island of Zakynthos was absolutely amazing! The hosts were extremely kind and greeted us with a smile and warm attitude that made us feel right at home from the very first moment. The rooms were very comfortable, well-organized, and spacious – perfect for relaxing and enjoying cozy evenings. The equipment exceeded our expectations – everything we needed for a comfortable stay was available, down to the smallest detail. The atmosphere gave us the feeling of being at home, and the incredible view of the sea made every morning and sunset truly special. Without a doubt, we would love to come back again!

The villa was beautiful with ample space and excellent pool. Nikoletta and her husband couldn't have been more welcoming and were so attentive and helpful throughout our stay. You do need a car in my opinion if you are staying here as the road is not suitable for walking as there are multiple bends without paths. We found a lovely taverna recommended by Nikoletta called Agnardi which had good food and friendly owners and that is about the limit of the walking we did. The small bar opposite the villa does drinks, snacks and ice creams and everything else is a short car journey. Villa was serviced well and cleaned regularly - thank you Nikoletta! :-)

Lovely apartment located in a relatively quiet village on Zakynthos. We hired a car for our stay, and had no troubles getting to and from the apartment, and there was plenty of parking onsite. Particularly appreciated both the warm welcome upon arrival - it was like we were an extension of the family! Also enjoyed the air conditioning, working perfectly and ice cool on a hot summer’s day.

I loved the place, well located near many beaches. A few restaurants away, 3 minutes driving. I went in April and we were only two couples in the village so it was so quiet and peaceful. The apartment is lovely decorated, fresh and clean. Comfy bed and useful cookware. Stella the host was amazing, kind and helped with lots of info, always available by message. I loved her !!! Best host ever.

The property is amazing, the villa with private pool has an amazing vibe. The main common pool is nice. On arrival the girl who greeted us was very nice, friendly, and available/knowledgeable. Asked for new towels, been informed usually they change them after THREE days…however the lady was nice to give us a few new ones. The view from the property is amazing!
