We stayed at this property at the end of August and overall had a good experience. The location is convenient and the house is comfortable for a family stay. The host was responsive and communication went smoothly. There were some challenges before our arrival, but everything was solved in the end, and we appreciated the effort of the host. The check-in and check-out were easy, and the space was clean and as described. Thank you for hosting us!

The villa is located on a hill, between olive trees, with lots of flowers and pines around. The view simply takes your breath away. It was super clean, comfortable, very spacious and had many amenities. Wonderful hosts, very hospitable, helpful and friendly. They made sure that our stay was perfect! The apartment is great and it actually exceeded our expectations (the photographs do not do justice to what we found on arrival: it was much better than what you can see on the photos). Our host was amazing and extremely helpful, having fresh water and fresh fruits waiting for us on arrival!!! Moreover the apartment was cozy, clean and could easily accommodate a four person family! It is also situated very close to the port/center of Lixouri (less than 3 mins walk) which makes life easy if one wants to get around. Many thanks for the hospitality to our host!!! I will definitely book again if I decide to go back to Lixouri.

This is a real hidden gem. If you like nature, peace and animals (cats and friendly dog which are looked after by the owners) this is a place for you. The house is situated in the real Greek countryside, surrounded by olive trees and garden. No other houses around, no busy roads or noise. The space is sparkling clean, extremely comfortable and have all necessary equipment. And if you miss city life - reasonable size town is only 8 minutes drive away. Nancy is very helpful, attentive and the kindest host ever. If you’re lucky you’ll be able to try vegetables from the garden and her delicious home made olive oil. This place is definitely worth visiting. If we are around in the future we would love to stay here again!

Before visiting, I received our welcome message with all instructions on how to contact Vicky on arrival, which was all reassuring. Vicky is amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, she assisted us with our cases on arrival and even dropped us off at the ferry on our departure, where we were then greated by her beautiful daughter, who helped us again with our cases. THANK YOU to you both, X The welcome pack … fruit, water, bread, crackers, cheese, butter was a nice touch. The facilities were amazing... the apartment was fully equipped with toilet roll, dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets, liquid, plus a whole lot more. The apartment was spotless & Vicky even came halfway through our visit to clean. We were in the 1st floor apartment, and we had a balcony area to the front for morning sunshine and then one at the back, for the evening sunshine. There are steps, but no issue for us. The location was perfect - 10 minutes into the square & 27 minutes to the lovely beach Lapada. ⛱️ There is a little shop, to the side where we bought fresh eggs daily, we used the bigger supermarket for other items. I wouldn't hesitate to go back. We all had a relaxing chilled out holiday... and we thank you for an excellent stay 💕

I stayed 13 nights at Villa Elena. Everyday cleaning. Is the first time when the cleaning of the apartament was done with such an accuracy. Spacious apartment with everything you need inside. The person at the reception was very helpful, great English. the location is just less then 10 min from Lixoury. I really recommend Villa Elena!

Nice host, beautiful view. It is close to Lixouri town (5 min) and also 25min to Atheras beach which is wonderful, 15 min to Xi beach. Next to the villa lives host's mom who is very nice and kind.

The villa is very spacious, equipped with everything one needs in a house. We enjoyed every spot around the house, great views towards the sea, pool big enough for swimming.
